It’s my joy to weave & offer my love of these practices together to explore self-love. We’ll begin with a somatic mindful meditation, settling deep into our body-mind connection. I’ll invite you into a space where we will notice where there may be barriers to self-love, and then experiment with allowing in love and nectar. Part of you may be able to take this nectar in, part of you may not. That’s ok, all parts are welcome here. Let’s notice what happens in this space.
I’ll then facilitate a mindful somatic self-love practise of slowly taking in through heart, body & whole-being, Soul Nectar Organic Rose perfume.
We’ll complete with an optional heart circle, where you are invited to sit in silence or share some of your experience.
