Journey home into the heart, mind-body & soul of your true nature

Mui Leng Goh, Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy Practitioner, trauma informed therapist, Ecotherapist, Astrologer, Reiki, Soul Nectar

Welcome.

My name is Mui Leng Goh.

I’m a Hakomi Mindful Somatic Practitioner, Trauma-trained Therapist and Ecotherapist (Hakomi outdoors in nature).

I support you to live an embodied, meaningful and whole-hearted life.

I moved from Malaysia to Aotearoa New Zealand at a young age due to a hostage taking event close to me. This deeply affected my sense of safety, belonging and grounding within my body & ability to be present.

When the trauma I had been running from for much of my life surfaced, I lost my sense of self and entered a lengthy dark night of the soul. This influenced me to receive Hakomi Psychotherapy to learn how to begin & cultivate this ongoing journey of being in my body, be present and in true connection & intimacy with myself, others, life & our earth.

After experiencing the gentle, powerful & profound transformational effects of Hakomi, I decided to train in this modality. My deep passion is to support the unfolding of who you authentically are and to dance with the present moment in freedom, empowerment and joy.

  • "The session I had with Mui Leng was really gentle and Mui Leng made me feel really comfortable with how the session was going to go. Also felt that I was always given the ability to say yes or no to any parts of the session, by Mui Leng always asking permission. The Hakomi was gentle and soft and allowed me to sink into feelings. Overall I had a beautiful and gentle experience with Mui Leng who has a wonderful ability to make you feel at home with her."

    ~ Iris

  • "Throughout the difficult content that Mui Leng and I explored I felt safe and supported. It was a beautiful experience to connect with nature whilst having therapy. Like walking a Camino!"

    ~ Alice

  • "I was honoured to experience a Hakomi/Ecotherapy session with Mui Leng in her amazing oasis tucked away in Matapouri, NZ. Mui Leng holds space in an abundance of love & safety. She allows all parts of yourself to be welcomed and accepted with compassion, guiding you on a journey of unlocking the wisdom within. I was able to be seen, heard and understood with empathy. I was able to move big e-motions in stillness and support from Mui Leng & Papatūānuku. I went to my first session open and receptive. I walked away feeling as though I had finally reached an apex moment of transformation & connection. Mui Leng is a real treasure to this world with such a beautiful wairua. I am excited for our next session & spending time in this powerful potent space. Thank you Mui Leng."

    ~ Laura

  • "You offered us a profound nature experience! So many shifts in the group. A beautiful time in the rainy forest. We were guided deep into ourselves releasing us over a threshold to experience the woods with our whole being. What messages did nature have for us? She had plenty! Wow. Such powerful work. Thank you for a beautiful session Mui Leng. Your Ecotherapy workshop: ‘Connecting to your heart & Papatūānuku's heart pulse in reciprocal relationship’, was mentioned as a highlight of The Nature Education Network Conference for several delegates."

    ~ Kate

  • "Thank you Mui Leng for our Hakomi session! I am very keen to have more and dive deeper into me within the healing space you hold. I felt so safe with you, letting things naturally arise that felt vulnerable. I felt like all parts of me were welcome and I couldn't get it wrong. I loved how much play naturally arose along side vulnerability and intensity. Thank you for the much needed embodiment work that you offer me and our community."

    ~ Whakarongatai

  • “I recently participated in Mui Leng’s Mindful Kintsugi workshop. I have always loved the concept of Kintsugi and the way it honours what is broken, not trying to hide the scars. I had been through a period in my life where I had experienced multiple major losses and traumas that left me very broken and fractured. So when this workshop came up I jumped at the opportunity to experience it. I got so much more than I ever even imagined. During the guided meditation of the Golden Nectar I felt the nectar fill me, seeking out all the broken and fractured parts of my soul, fusing and bonding them back into wholeness but a next level wholeness. It is more beautiful because of the breaks. The scars are golden and radiant. They are an integral part of who I am now. I feel stronger and more resilient, ready to face the next phase of my life. Thank you Mui Leng for providing a safe and nurturing environment to do this healing.”

  • “Receiving a session from Mui Leng was a nourishing experience from the first message we exchanged, she holds really clear communication which made working with her fluid and clear. I feel beyond fulfilled from our exchange and will be booking in to delve deeper as she holds extensive wisdom which for me feels in alignment to tap in to! She is a very warm and heart led being which is super nourishing to be in presence with.”

  • “I was lucky enough to attend one of Mui Leng’s Mindful Kintsugi workshops in July 2023. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! Mui Leng held the space for the group with kindness, consideration and conscious awareness of everyone’s needs. We enjoyed hearing about the history and philosophy behind the art of Kintsugi before being led through a mindfulness practice that set the scene for our own Kintsugi practice. Mui Leng is skilled at guiding the group energy through periods of quiet thoughtfulness to periods of excitement and activity. Her background in Hakomi means she’s sensitive to the group vibe as well as an individual’s. Thank you Mui Leng for such a fun, enjoyable, beautiful workshop!”
